Refund Policy

General policy

Chronweave sells access to digital API credits, subscription features, cloud sync, and AI image generation credits. Because these are digital services and capacity is reserved immediately after purchase, subscription payments and fulfilled usage are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. The subscription remains available until the end of the paid period unless the account is restricted for policy violations. Downgrades or plan changes apply from the next billing period unless support explicitly confirms a different handling.

Unused credits

Unused subscription credits and purchased credit packs are not redeemable for cash and are normally not refundable. We may correct balances or issue an exception only for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, account-crediting failures, continuous paid-feature outages caused by Chronweave lasting more than 72 hours, or other cases required by applicable law.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is duplicated, charged incorrectly, or not credited to the account, we will review the payment event and correct the balance or issue a refund when appropriate.

Provider rules

Refunds may also be subject to the payment provider's rules, processing windows, fees, and chargeback process. We do not promise provider processing times or fee reversals outside our control.

Policy reference

This policy follows the common digital-subscription posture used by comparable AI software services: cancellation stops future renewal, already-started subscription periods are generally not refunded, and exceptions are reserved for legal requirements, payment errors, service failure, or platform-initiated account termination.
